Step 2 - Let's meet!
This coffee chat should let clients know if we're good a match!
Step 3 - Submit a proposal
In 48 hours, clients will receive a carefully crafted proposal that tackles all the business pain points that were mentioned during the call.
Step 4 - Approvals
Clients are given a maximum of 3 days max to review the proposal and to provide feedback.
Step 5 - Contracts & Invoices
Once the plan is approved, I will send a contract for both parties to sign and an invoice for the client to pay.
Step 6 - Kick off!
We meet again for onboarding purposes!
Step 7 - Monitor Progress
Set-up monthly alignment meeting to monitor progress.
