Why Recruitment for eCommerce?

For anyone who knows me well and sees or talks to me daily, they know that I’ve been trying to build something for Randiss & Co - something huge. Lol And something that has obviously been taking awhile but my ambitious self refuses to fail and so I’ve been tweaking, learning, pivoting for quite some time now and I believe I found my next best move.

My next best move would be recruitment for ecommerce simply because: 

I’ve been making referrals all these time, why not make it part of my services?  

I know the ecommerce operations well having been in it for the last 4-5 years. And during this time, I found myself referring friends or connections I’ve made in the VA - Ecommerce world to my clients. And I take the effort to find the right fit for my clients just because I believe they deserve the best. And just to note,  most of the ones I’ve recommended to my clients  are thriving in their own niches - that makes me feel glad and super proud! 

Switch to working remotely

This has been a long battle cry for me - I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the office simply because I’m enjoying all of my flexibilities right now. And a lot of people crave for this - they don’t want to be stuck in traffic, they don’t want to clock in / out of the office just so they can “earn” a paycheck. Simply put, the way the world works has changed and I’ve been part of the group who has jumped and started over successfully. And with that said, I would like to help others who have what it takes to make the switch. It would be my pleasure to  match them to the right opportunities.  

Grow businesses

In ecommerce, it’s not always about selling the best products, and marketing the business non-stop to be successful. You might hear me talk all the time about conversions, about add to carts, about monthly campaigns - because that’s part of what I do and I’m passionate about it. 

And the clients I work with love it - they see my passion, they see my concern, they see my genuine interest to grow their business. And that said, I would like for all businesses or sellers to understand that they also need to focus on those who would like to work on their shared interests for their businesses to grow and move towards the right direction.   

When recruitment was brought up to me - a light bulb flashed above my head. Yes! It was one of those moments! This is definitely the piece that would finally bring together the two audiences I’ve been working with all these time, that’s why I believe this is my next best move. I can continue to manage shops,  bring big minds to be part of different teams and continue to scale businesses!
