Onboarding Process

 

Step 1 -  Discovery call to discuss the items listed below. 

  • Discuss the requirements and scope of the project 
  • Discuss ways of working; use of Monday.com, communication methods, available times for alignment meetings, timelines, and payment of invoices. 
  • Agree to provide an audit and job quote within 1 business day. 

 

Step 2 - Sign contract and pay invoice 

  • Send the contract via Docusign.  
  • Send the invoice or a payment link. Atleast 50% of the invoice needs to be paid before any type of work can start.  
  • Request for logins and other available assets (media, etc.) to be turned over to me. 

Step 3 - Set up the project board on Monday.com

  • A link will be provided for everyone's use. This project board will be everyone's reference for tasks, updates, and deadlines to minimize email exchanges. 
  • The project board will have quick links to  folders and important files. 
  • The project board will have my calendly link where clients can book zoom calls for alignment meetings.
