Onboarding Process
Step 1 - Discovery call to discuss the items listed below.
- Discuss the requirements and scope of the project
- Discuss ways of working; use of Monday.com, communication methods, available times for alignment meetings, timelines, and payment of invoices.
- Agree to provide an audit and job quote within 1 business day.
Step 2 - Sign contract and pay invoice
- Send the contract via Docusign.
- Send the invoice or a payment link. Atleast 50% of the invoice needs to be paid before any type of work can start.
- Request for logins and other available assets (media, etc.) to be turned over to me.
Step 3 - Set up the project board on Monday.com
- A link will be provided for everyone's use. This project board will be everyone's reference for tasks, updates, and deadlines to minimize email exchanges.
- The project board will have quick links to folders and important files.
- The project board will have my calendly link where clients can book zoom calls for alignment meetings.
