A Year In The Life With Ed Hardy Originals

How it started

Dialogue played a pivotal role in connecting me with the Ed Hardy brand through a thoughtful referral. This introduction became the starting point for my ongoing relationship with the team. And having worked with them for over a year, here’s a look at what we’ve accomplished together. 

Our milestones

  • Upgrade the theme to the latest Shopify 2.0 versions. 
  • Managed the website catalog and launched new products.
  • Facilitated monthly meetings with the team to review results and strategies. 
  • Worked with AddShoppers to create campaigns to supplement our own email marketing initiatives. 
  • Created the collab pages for Kim Petras.  

And more

  • Cross collaborated with the team to ensure that campaigns are executed on time and in full. 
  • Expanded the brand's online presence by setting up their Ebay store.
  • Created the 2024 Shopify Playbook.
  • Grew the Klaviyo email list by 3x since the first year.
  • Expanded to new markets: Canada and Mexico.

What’s next? 

It has been a wild ride with the Ed Hardy guys!  We have a lot of plans to accomplish this year. Obviously, I cant divulge plans publicly - but when our various executions are completed, I’ll be sure to share my in-depth take and lessons from the experience. For now,  I’ll continue to work with the brand and getting the ball rolling to meet them in New York.
